This class is specifically designed for teen boys, ages 13-17. A boy’s only class focused on encouraging a positive self body image and increasing confidence. General strength and conditioning exercises will work the upper and lower body as well as the core section. These classes will incorporate stability and endurance training, dumb bells, circuit training, exercise bands, rowing machines and much more. This class begins at 5:30pm with Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday options.
