Downtown Development District

The Downtown Development District, is a board of volunteers who stimulate economic growth and commerce for the city and the small downtown merchants to benefit all the residents and the community at large. We do so by planning events, improvements of the physical structures, programs and grants to build and renovate a better city. A large goal is also let the tourists know what Donaldsonville has to offer.
