Civil Air Patrol - Cadet

Do you see yourself in the cockpit of a military aircraft? How about taking the controls of a Cessna while on an orientation flight, or even learn to fly? CAP Cadets do this and more! The Civil Air Patrol, the auxiliary of the USAF consists of adults and cadets who perform homeland security, disaster relief and counter-drug missions. Youth, age 12 to 18 join as Cadets and have opportunities to fly, lead, learn and serve. No obligation to join the military. We meet every Monday night.
